This course will be handwaved because it is so rudimentary and basic, but tutoring is available for characters who need more tech focus, such as those who may come from periods before computer-based technology existed. To sign up for this, reply to this comment OR drop a request in either Liara or John's IC inboxes.
Note that this course is required for all advanced technology courses (including things like Piloting or anything that might involve a computer or keypad) for the cadet's own safety, so they don't accidentally end up triggering a shutdown sequence on something more critical, or burn their next meal in their best friend's microwave. This course will also include the more basic functions of the blackglass, such as sending private messages and filtering to large groups on the network.
Safety gear is optional, and course will occur once a mission every time a new wave of recruits rolls in.
